We stay here quite a bit when we’re flying out of Nashville. They have the cheapest airport parking anywhere in the city and a complementary shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. This hotel is quite old and it’s really showing its age. It’s a little bit shabby for a Sheridan. However the service is very good.

Door did not latch properly so room card would not work without pulling the door forward at the same time as trying the room key. More importantly, the metal balcony railing in my room was rusted at the bottom and loose in the cement. Water was slow to drain in the shower area. The front lobby looks very nice and staff was great, but aside from that, there were definitely some issues. I would not choose to stay there again.

I like that the property is tucked away in the trees but also convenient to the airport because we had to stay when our luggage didn’t make it on our flight. We were able to retrieve it the next day and get a later checkout to accommodate us needing to bathe. The decor of the lobby and first floor area was really nice. Rooms spacious and cozy. The only thing is the property is a good size and the rooms are like a maze so it’s hard to know where to park and which entrance/elevator to use to be closest to your room. My family and I definitely got our steps in!
