Was really surprised and impressed with the layout of the unit, as well as the style and size. Probably the quietest building I’ve stayed in! The unit showed a bit of wear and tear, but overall it was awesome.

I stayed here to attend the 2025 ATEEZ In Your Fantasy concert and The Mint House was amazing! The location was great and super accessible. The gated parking lot provided extra security and made me feel safer even though I arrived back from the concert in the later hours of the night. The room was spacious, clean, and cool. Would easily recommend and definitely keep on my list of places to stay whenever I visit Nashville again.

Spacious rooms that were well set up and in a nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. We found our room appared to have not been totally/well serviced before our arrival with some items not re stocked (laundry pods, body wash in the shower) and the bathroom had not been cleaned well (we found a large bug in there). We also found the car park difficult to access on arrival with the code not working. Once that was sorted it was fine but a little stressful with other cars coming and going.

We enjoyed our stay in this roomy apartment. The only problem we had was no cookware to use in the oven. One size stovetop pan was missing but lid was there. Need dish cloth to wash dishes also. One of the closest doorknobs was about to fall off. Just a few things that needed work. The bed was very comfortable, spacious living area, tub was oversized, high large closets, overall a great comfortable place to stay!

Great place

We just stayed one night because we are picking somebody up at the Nashville airport and didn't want to drive all the way home. The place was spacious but unfortunately only had one bathroom for the two bedroom apartment and you have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom so for your folks that are staying in the other bedroom they've got to walk through your bedroom at night to get to the bathroom. Didn't turn out to be that big of a deal just thought it was a little bit awkward. Could use a toaster in the kitchen. Outside of that plenty of towels the place was clean very spacious and we enjoyed our stay there. The gal at the front desk was very accommodating when we needed more decaf coffee since my wife and I cannot drink caffeinated coffee anymore. Overall I would stay at this place again I thought it was very nice and very reasonable for Nashville.

Great location and the customer service was great at handling my party's multiple issues. But the problem was just that, multiple issues. From the water heater not working, to the air conditioning not working, to the smoke alarm going off, and the miserable water pressure in the shower. Not to mention the ozone machine was left in the room with no indication of whether the room had been aired out prior to us getting there; huge safety concern. Each of our 2 reservations needed new rooms, just too much to recommend Mint House to anyone. The novelty of being the former Treasury runs out quickly when you have to address multiple issues during your stay.
