If we would have seen our room before we pd we would have never stayed. Bugs on the floor, micro was rusted inside, hair dryer was dangerous bc it had no cover on the plug, there was a washer/dryer outside our room that was the most disturbing thing I have ever seen, have pictures to prove and would never use even if you pd me. It sounded like a truck was running that’s how loud. I mean who has washer units outside? 3 out of 4 outlets didn’t work. Wish I could get my money back!

We booked our room knowing and understanding that this is an older property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean (minus all the sand we brought in from the beach), and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. We love the location right on the beach. We would stay here again.

This is the quaint, nostalgic motel you've been looking for! The staff is awesome. The owner is on site and is very friendly and wants to make sure you enjoy your stay. The atmosphere is FUN and relaxed. The pool is cool and there is a mellow party vibe during the day and early evening hours. Not too loud. Just family-friendly fun. The beach is beautiful and accessible. The motel is older. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned and basic. We did encounter palmetto bugs in and out of the room but that is to be expected in a motel this old by the beach. It is a GREAT, affordable place to stay and our family would recommend to anyone whether you are stopping by for the night or for a week away!

Excellent location, close to beach and shopping. Staff was very helpful and made our stay comfortable. The kids had a blast playing in the pool and being so close to the ocean.

This was the perfect spot for our quick trip to the beach. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location right on the beach is perfect, and it being pet friendly at a very affordable rate made it easy for our dog to come too! The pool and our room were clean, and check in and check out was a breeze. We had the smaller room with one bed, it was perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend and will be checking here first next time we're planning a trip back down this way!

The property is an older one, but for the price you can't expect a big resort. There was an issue with the door lock when I first arrived, as you are given an actual key. But, I was promptly moved to another room with a better view. I saw them replacing the knob on that particular room while I was there. There WERE some bugs in the room, not bedbugs. There's a full kitchenette, with some dishes included and a full refrigerator. The view from the balcony and the location to the ocean was what I chose to focus on the most. Also, being a smoker (I know, it's a dirty habit), they let you smoke OUTSIDE your room. You don't have to walk away from it to a designated area. No smoking inside, which I completely understand. I didn't have a pet with me, but it is definitely pet friendly. The staff that I encountered was excellent! The gentleman, Raj (not sure if that is correct spelling), and the lady that first checked me in were both super nice. He asked me each morning when I went for ice if everything was okay and if I needed anything!

The place is old and it shows. It was clean though, and everything worked. The staff was super nice and you can't step foot on the property without being on camera so I felt they take security seriously. The pool was a bit dirty but we all got in. Just normal outside stuff floating in it and it was late in the day so that tracks. It was considerably cheaper than anything else around at the time so stay there if you are considering it. I will again.

I never attended the property, but was charged for a room anyhow. I called Expedia last week to reserve a hotel so I can attend Bike week. Expedia sent me a confirmation email, I then called Vancouver hotel to confirm my dates. There were no reservations for me there for me according to Vancouver Hotel. Vancouover insured me that I would not be charge for my stay there because they only charge you when you arrive. I was charged A week later, I get a call from Vancouver asking if I am coming to check in. Between Expedia and Vancouver hotel someone made a mistake in scheduling and it costed me $150.00

As always, we enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly. Michelle at the front desk is a sweetheart. Also a gentleman that is usually there. Maybe the owner or GM. Not sure, but super nice guy. Family atmosphere, always very clean. I would definitely recommend Vancouver to my family and friends that will be visiting MB this summer. And we'll definitely be back! Thank you!
