We had a beautiful view, employees and other guests were kind, our room was clean (minus a dirty couch pillow) and our entire floor was rather quiet. In fact, until we saw the trash can by the elevator with trash in it, we thought we were the only ones on that floor.

The room was overall clean and loved the view even though it was not all the way oceanfront. The unit was a side unit but had a beautiful side view of the ocean and the pools. Loved the hot tub and the spacious unit. Had a kitchen stocked for cooking needs. Would love to stay again and plan on staying again.

Parking is a mess, people stay parked in the loading and unloading area and never leave. No carts are available to transport luggage to room. Toilet bowl so loose it gives a better ride than a roller coaster.
