Upon arrival, another guest had walk away from the counter to address something with her party. I walked up to the counter just for my parking pass and he made me wait while she went outside, came back and finished her transaction. The halls were filthy. We had no guide to how to get to regular channels and had no hot water last night or this morning.

The hotel is very close to Ocean Blvd and the wheel. Meaning, within walking distance of Ocean Blvd. Also, one can see all of the “happenings” on Ocean Blvd from the hotel balcony. The property is ocean view and NOT ocean front.

It was so noisy because of the bikers outside but when they’re done around 2am, we were able to sleep finally. Staff are friendly and free parking.

Location is near the boardwalk, skywheel, and Pier. Close to restaurants and bars. The room was clean and beds are comfortable. Not the best location during bike rally because of the noise level. Perfect for any other time.

The room had a great location and was nice and clean. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. My only complaint is the water pressure was poor and the ocean was warmer than the hot water in the room.

This property was very close to the beach/amusement area. We had a view of the beach as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay but for the price it was great! Would stay here again.
