Summer ‘23 vacation

We liked the property a lot overall, but found it odd there were no extra rolls of toilet paper and only the one roll of paper towels. We left the boogie boards, chairs and cooler as we found them, on the balcony. We had a great time!

Wonderful time

Beautiful location, friendly staff that never was a bother. clean house, stocked w everything we needed to enjoy our time. Only recommendation would be to give guests a key code and avoid to extra stops to and from north reality. I didn’t book through them, that was extra wasted time and lines there were long but did move quick. We had booked through vrbo bc we had 11 other groups there and we were the only ones who had to deal w north reality and didn’t get the simple access and had to do extra work w a third party.

Awesome Family Vacation

Loved this condo on the beach. So close to everything…Walmart for quick shopping, and all the best restaurants within a short drive. Beautiful setting inside with everything we needed to have the perfect family vacation. Pools, hot tubs, and such a short walk to the beach. Can’t wait to come back! Staff was super helpful too when we accidentally got locked out of our condo. They had us back in without making us feel bad for the inconvenience.

Overall good stay.

Condo was as advertised but the resort was a let down other than the multiple pools. Tiki bar barely opened. The onsite restaurant was a breakfast buffet that was terrible and overpriced. They did have a omelette and waffle station that was decent. Nowhere within walking distance to eat or drink. Second night smoke alarm chirping started at 2 am and no-one came until the next day after noon. Would not stay in this resort again.

Very nice location

We've stayed at Sea watch about 4 times now, and always in the north tower. We were very pleased with the south tower room and would definitely stay here again. The actual key you have to use to get into the room is a bit inconvenient though. Overall very happy with our stay.

Great location

Pros-check In was easy and customer service was great with realty company. Location of resort was perfect. Easy access to everything and ocean! Elevators were fast and staff at resort nice. North tower had all the fun activities and we were in the quiet tower. Which was fine. Cons: when we walked in it wasn’t like a wow this place is cool. It was dated, no cupboard/storage for dry foods, definitely needs better lighting (mix match light bulbs everywhere so different brightness in each room or just dark) bathrooms were hit. Just a good scrub and a fresh coat of paint would go a long way. We reached out to company regarding our disappointment in the cleaning and they offered to fix the issues. We already wiped down everything including the gross coffee maker that needs tossed and replaced. They replaced the moldy shower curtain. Little things that frustrates me when you pay what you pay. I understand it’s a rental but I wouldn’t come back and the two seat sofa and two wicker chairs was just odd. Under the beds nothing but dust/dirt and I just stopped looking and went and enjoyed the vacation. We went with 3 kids ages 8-13 and it was cramped. Something to think about if you just want to chill and relax. I’d stay at the resort again but definitely not the same room.

Nice place to stay, but not fancy

The SeaWatch is a nice resort in the North Myrtle Beach area. There are several pools and many hot tubs, and the resort does a nice job keeping them all clean. The resort is located on the beach, with easy access. The buildings are a little bit older, and this room is pretty basic, but it's really all my family needed. The 2-bedroom unit was big enough for our group of 7 (teens and adults). There are plenty of elevators, and the common areas are kept clean. I'd stay here again, but if you are looking for 5-star luxury, this might not be the place for you.

Great stay

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it. It was clean, the staff was quick to respond for any issues, and the views were great. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and the kids had plenty of other to play with. More of a family place if you ask me.

The location was great. The unit overall was good for the 2 of us. The floors were dirty and the dryer took many cycles to dry our clothes. But we would stay here again.

It was very nice!

Check in was confusing because the window is 4:00PM-4:59PM and we arrived around 5:30 (to the property, not the reality office.) but once we figured out where to go it was great. make sure you check our email! But the stay was absolutely wonderful! Loved it so much!!! We would defiantly choose you again. We had a wonderful view and extras like a blue ray player and washer and dryer. Awesome!

Overall nice

The condo was great. The add wasn’t accurate on beds but it worked out fine. The place was however only half clean. Dust, shoes, dirty clothes under beds and couch and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We didn’t let that deter us from enjoying the week and the view was fantastic

July beach trip

Property is great, clean and fun. Room is smallish especially the living room but it didn’t feel small after getting settled. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable enough. The pools and hot tubs great. Restaurant way over priced for quality. Bar is cool but a little pricey. My only complaints are no rugs in condo to wipe feet off. Dryer was on the brink. The Lack’s beach service totally monopolizes the beach. It was three rows of chairs and umbrellas. We had to walk a good ways down beach to find a spot. We definitely will come back. It was lots of fun for our teenagers. Property is in great location.

Beautiful condo

We loved the condo! It was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. My only request would be a rug at the front door and patio door to keep out the sand. We’ll be back for sure!!

The property I’m sure it could be nice but we did not have a great stay.

The property I’m sure it could be nice but we did not have a great stay. They were doing construction everywhere. The whole time it was extremely noisy. To the point where you couldn’t hear yourself talk in the unit. They were tarps everywhere outside on the ground making it a hazard to walk. We actually got so fed up on Sunday that we left instead of staying over. The pool was dirty the lazy River wasn’t even on. The unit itself was very accommodating. Was disappointed that the TVs were not able to access Netflix Hulu and any other stations that you need a smart TV for. We paid a hefty cleaning price and honestly we left it cleaner than when we got there. Overall I was disappointed in the stay. Also the reservation fee was extremely high which I made all the reservations. I don’t know if I’ll be doing Verbo again This is a part of their every day fees

Location was ok. Felt that myrtle beach was better. This is in north myrtle beach.

Room was good. Property location was ok. Lots of renovation work gping on, so room was noisy most of the time in the morning. Lazy river was closed due to maintenance work. 80% of guests did not wear any mask. May not come back to same location, would prefer something closer to myrtle beach city.
