Beautiful beach view
Beautiful Beach view. Property under major foundation renovation with construction noise & dust during the day. Access to beach out of front - long way due to construction. No indoor pool/sauna/spa/deli or cafe (closed due to renovations). Outside beach bar has live music & karaoke most nights (weather dependent). Clean white sheets…questionable if the comforters are cleaned after each guest. Disgusting and dirty mattress cover and pillows- all stained. The couch pillows even worse- sopping wet and stained when we arrived. Clean shower & curtain. Floor tiles were filthy. Old outdoor furniture used as seating in unit. Stove looked like it was from the 1970s - didn’t want to turn on the oven because it was so old/burn looking in the inside. The silverware was filthy - full of pasta sauce, and dirt. We had to run the dishwasher with all the dishes before we could use them. Newer fridge was clean and worked well. Easy room access with keyless entry/passcode. The walls appeared to be newly painted white, which was nice. The boardwalk access to the beach and the showers were really maintained and the outdoor pools were fun. Parking was an additional cost which was $20 per week (paid at the the front gate). You have to go to the head office to check in and get your key/passcode to enter the unit. This is not the same as the rental property… Heads up for timing for your arrival.
The view and the location is great. The property had alot of things that were broken or needs to be fixed.

Very fair price for what you get
We had an overall good stay. Place was decently clean, I was able to find a broom and some product to help through the week with the sand accumulation so that was very nice. We walked in and there was still cleaning solution lying out, not a huge deal, but just watch for this as I had 3 kids 3 & under that are very curious. Let’s just say I’m glad I saw it first. There were no issues at all during the stay. This isn’t a fancy place if that’s what you’re looking for, but it is clean and comfy enough to get the job done. With a family of 5, I was thankful to find this rental for the price and would consider returning once all construction has finished. Going in, we were not made aware the doors that lead to beach access from the main floor in the back were closed and the pool that was in the map for our building was non existent. Also only 2 of 3 elevators were in working condition. This did make for long wait times throughout our trip going to/from beach with a wagon. I do believe the kitchen was decently stocked. No cookie sheet but we didn’t do a lot of cooking while there. I appreciated the starter soap, dish detergent, and paper towels. Like I said, overall a good stay. Space worked for us with two kids in bunk bed, my husband and I in queen, and a pack n play we brought for our 1 year old. Also. It’s this unit is directly in front of the restaurant/bar on property. Karaoke was going strong each night but ended by 11 and wasn’t too much of an inconvenience
