Beautiful condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minutes from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

The Space:
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very spacious condo. 1 Queen bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee. Please contact for more information
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.

Emily/CS very attentive to the issues we had, we were expecting a quiet getaway. Several things, bugs, and a lot of them. Kitchen light not working, took 3 visits to fix. Shower nozzle came off. Even though things were resolved, i feel these things should have been handled before being rented.
