Minor “complaints” were only that the floors could have been a little cleaner, and there was a fair amount of dust in the corners and on the baseboards, nothing major. Confirmation with the actual resort staff was a little difficult, but we got things squared away with the help of a friend alresdy on-site. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and as expected.
