The central AC during night the compressor shut down, when it shut down the cold air from all the rooms circulated. Apparently people where smoking at other rooms this hotel is supposed to be NON SMOKING HOTEL Cigarette smoke circulated from other rooms and I got sick. The mattress was horrible it need a change for a new one it was bumpy all around. The young front desk staff, really needs training how to treat customers during my check in to the hotel he had a non pleasant attitude.

Exceptional customer service. We arrived at the hotel early and they were ready to hold our bags for us until our room was ready, then delivered our bags to our room with a bottle of prosecco. We decided to go to the beach club while our room was finishing and it was beautiful, clean and again, great service. The hotel is older but clean and convenient location with beach access and pool. My only criticism is that the walls are very thin. Could hear everyone walking by our room, upstairs, talking in the hallways and vacuuming in the morning. But, if that’s all, I’d say it’s a wonderful hotel otherwise!

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean. The staff were exceptional. Very nice and helpful. And the staff at the breakfast place were very nice too.The location is great. Close to Ocean Drive and to Lincoln Rd. Plenty of restaurant around.

First thing first the hallway in the hotel stinks, furnitures are old and service is mediocre. The only good thing I could say about that hotel is the location. Everything is at a walking distance. If that’s what you’re looking for and you don’t mind paying extra for a below average hotel with mediocre service best of luck!
