Nice views from balcony and generally enjoyed the apartment. Minimal information provided for room or building that would be helpful: - No instructions for TV. Had to figure out ourselves. - No local TV stations provided (as any hotel would do). - Had a very noisy neighbor on Saturday night with no clear idea what to do about addressing it. - Some people may not be able to figure out how to operate the thermostat so some instructions could be very helpful to them. Living room very bare affecting acoustics so TV audio echoed and often hard to understand. Suggest rugs or something with fabric, etc. to soften the acoustics more. Unfortunately, two elevators not operable during stay so sometimes a pretty good delay in moving between floors. Pools were not kept very clean.

I absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was well kept the service was great and getting set up and leaving and the view was spectacular. I also loved going for a walk. I also love that it was really easy to get to the various areas in Miami and to get to the restaurant and shop area in Brickell

I tried to resolve problems without success. I had no internet, which was promised. The TV in the bedroom didn't work and the TV in the living area only had access to limited channels. I contacted the owner and was ignored.
