I really did enjoy my stay in this hotel. For London, this is a great place to stay if you don’t want to over pay for hotels. Great breakfast too.

The place itself was fine for my needs, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, I had to extend my stay and later cancel (within 12 hours of making the booking)—but despite explaining the situation and following their process, they flat-out refused a refund. Their lack of empathy and flexibility left a bad taste. I won’t be staying there again for that reason alone.

Relaxing break

Room could have been more handicap friendly. Not enough space for normal folks, but anyone with disabilities it’s extremely difficult. However staff was extra helpful & benevolent. Breakfast was great. Could have changed menus day to day.

The Residence Inn by Marriott London South Kensington is a fine hotel. Nothing fancy but a great staff, excellent service, wonderful breakfast ms, and convenient access to the vibrant City of London.

Great stay. A few minor issues but nothing major. Took a long time to get sheets brought up for pullout bed on travel day when kids were super tired. Very little storage room for luggage. Safe hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff.
