They have two lifts but one was out of order during our stay for about a week. Lift was so busy especially morning time, and I needed to transfer big lugegge or stroller by stairways. Breakfast was served almost same menu every day...I expected a bit more variety.

The room could do with updating. The cleaning staff are REALLY noisy outside the rooms and woke me up on several separate occasions. I could hear people in the next rooms talking also, so this might be a problem in general. It’s a pretty average hotel, but because where it is, they stick someone on the door to open it for you and then charge a premium.

The doors are very loud and not sound proof at all. So we hear every single door shut at midnight or early morning. Got waken up all the time. The room is very tight for three people and the sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep on.
