Great central London hotel choice! Clean, modern rooms. Wonderful breakfast buffet which was included in our room rate. Victoria station was a 5 min walk so using tube & trains super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very all over the place, bridging a road. If you are on the far side, it's like walking through the corridors of a cruise ship, hugely complicated and a long way. Our room had no out door window (big negative, I'm not paying to live in a cell)! The WIFI is a nightmare to get on to.

Absolutely terrible from the minute we attempted to check in took over 25 minutes by this time around a dozen other people had checked in…to add to insult I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter and had requested two single beds only to be told they only had a double bed which happened to be the smallest double bed money could buy…windowless prison type box room for £200 will I stay again absolutely not….location fantastic only thing the place has going for it.

This property is great. About 10-12min walking to Buckingham palace, 15min to Big Ben. Great location with food around. Train station around the corner and a lot of cabs. Highly recommend the breakfast option during your stay because it is a game changer. Buffet style breakfast restaurant access from 7-10:30 during your stay which made it convenient not having to look for food in the morning to get your day started.

Fantastic hotel in London near the Victoria train station. Very convenient and beautiful place to stay. A little pricey but it’s London. Our second time to stay here two years running. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were great friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. Loved it

Amazing hotel by Victoria station which was super convenient as it is a transportation hub with buses, trains etc. Lots of restaurants and take out options and walkable to Westminster and Buckingham. The hotel itself is newly renovated, modern, clean, and our room was spacious. Breakfast included was a plus with lots of options. Would highly recommend the Riu hotel.

Super convenient - 4 minute walk to the Victoria Underground station, 3 minute walk to the Victoria train station and a 15 minute walk to the Victoria Coach station. Restaurant choices within a 10 minute walk are almost endless - from Vegan to all you can eat beef - from Thai to Pub food to Greek.

We had a great stay here! It was clean, the breakfast included each morning was very good, staff was nice and helpful, close to the train/bus stations. Walkable to so much (we also love to walk). Would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

Probably the worst check-in I have experienced. She did not look like she wanted to be there, she was dismissive, very unpleasant. Beside that breakfast buffet was good, a lot of options. Location is very good as well. Near a train station.
