The staff was extremely rude. Seems like everyone was in a bad mood. Careful with this hotel, i accidentally booked a room in the basement with no windows. (My fault). The hallways are hospital like and very cold. I asked for an upgrade and I got it for the next day, but the rude lady at the front desk said if you don’t remove your luggage by 3 we will cancel all your rooms. There is a weird rude vibe in this place. Way better hotels in the area than this one.

I stayed here for two nights in April. I chose a room without windows, but i didn’t realize it would be located in the basement, which was a bit disappointing. The layout of the floor felt almost like a hospital, and the space was noticeably cold. The breakfast dining hall was unexpectedly large. While some may appreciate the size, i personally prefer a more intimate setting with fewer people. On the positive side, there was a good variety of food available, and everything was fresh each morning.

The location so close to Victoria Station is just perfect for travelers. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet, with its wide variety of hot and cold selections. Staff at checkin was less than charming, but efficient enough. Having a pot of coffee available in the lobby area for early morning travelers would be a welcome touch.
