The Crestfield Hotel is super convenient to the Kings Cross/St. Pancras area being literally right across the street from the train station. It is what you would expect from most London hotels that are affordable. The room is a little small but very clean and comfortable. No lift but we were on the first floor so not too bad. Plenty of great places to eat right near the hotel. I recommend it for its convenience and cleanliness.

This is a lovely hotel in a very nice location! There is a lot to see within the walking distance. Many things like restaurants, different shops, train stations and bus stops are right around the corner at your convenience! And the hotel itself is very clean and staff is friendly and welcoming!

Comfortable stay

Great location for St Pancras/Kings Cross, lots of building work going on opposite so quite noisy during the day, I had a room on the back though so was quite quiet. The room is quite small but perfect for what I needed, free storage for luggage is good but perhaps could be a little more secure!

I mean I only stayed for 1 night. It’s very convenient if you only need it for 1 night. There is no elevator. The front desk girl was so nice she tried to find us a lower level room but it was fully booked. She did help us take our luggage all the way up to our room. Honestly it’s not bad if you need it for one night.

BEWARE OF CONSTRUCTION ACROSS STREET & NO ELEVATOR

Pros: comfy beds, good water pressure and hot water, friendly staff, great location by St Pancras. Cons: not their fault but loud construction across the street beginning at 8:30am, no elevator

The only positive for this place is it's proximity to the train stations- St. Pancras and Kings Cross. It was noisy the whole time we were there, except maybe early morning. The whole night there was loud music playing, thundering in our ears. I had ear plugs but still heard them. So only got a few hours of sleep. The room itself is making me claustrophobic, there were two doors to get to the room, a tight squeeze plus no lift so had to carry luggage thru two flights of stairs. Outside in the afternoon we got there, there was also construction going on. In other hotels they indicate if there will be inconveniences like that, so I am glad we only booked one night. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. We checked in late afternoon, almost night time and got out before we even got breakfast. Normally we get brekky, go back to do our business, then check out. But this time, I was happy to go early. I am not returning here if ever I need to use Eurostar again. Our hotels for this trip in Paris, Strasbourg and Colmar are much better. We paid 245 pounds for one night here while in Strasbourg, we paid the same amount for two nights with kitchenette. We just paid extra 52 euros for brekky and tax, well worth it!

Even though these rooms are small and do not have a frig or microwave, they are clean and located close to a great coffee shop. They also have several stores nearby that have grocery items, and a train and tube station are also very close.

I've stay in this hotel twice before, very clean, I specially enjoy the bottles of still and sparkling water. However I was disappointed to find out that now a bathmat is not being given and just one hand towel for two guests, so I need to go down and requested both.

Cozy and perfect for a short stay
