A nice stay overall

We stayed over a weekend and no issues. The room was clean and lovely. However my friend did find the bed really uncomfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was nice. Plenty of choice

We stayed for just one night to attend a show at the Excel and were very impressed. The welcome wad warm and the staff were helpful. The (twin) room was comfortable and a decent size, although on a personal preference, the bed was a little too hard. The shower was excellent and cleanliness was good.
