We found the Tavistock Hotel lovely. It was very clean, rooms were perfect. It was the perfect location. The buffet breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay there again

Room was nice except there was no mini fridge. Water dispenser in hallway needs to dispense cold water. No ice machines either. Breakfast was great. Hotel right in City Center. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Just a one day stopover arriving by air then training out the next morning. Very easy early check-in, close to everything including the Euston train station.

The room was way too small. Bathroom and toilet were especially too small. Housekeeping was good. Room had 2 beds but would be very difficult for 2 people to be comfortable. Did not use the restaurant since the displayed menu was mostly all Indian food. Breakfast was traditional English and very good. All of the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. On two occasions I asked for an early morning wakeup call and that did not happen, fortunately I had set my phone alarm. I asked the check in desk staff if they would be able to print out my flight boarding passes, which all other hotels I have used are happy to do. They said it would be no problem but when the day came they had no idea what to do. I had to have the airline check in desk do it. I would not use this hotel again, it was just a little less expensive than all of the other London hotels that I have used but not worth the savings. The staff are very good but the amenities are poor.

Room 142 next to all the outside generators and machinery. Very noisy. Didn't sleep. Asked to move, receptionist wouldn't do this. Breakfast was ok. Wouldn't go back.

The internet was ok. Very nice, clean room. Very expensive by Canadian standards. There was one man who worked at the registration desk who just never smiled. But everyone else was very friendly. Security could be better. We would definitely stay again.
