While the room was nice and the location was good, this was over shadowed by the fire alarm going off over over an hour on the Saturday morning. Not only did it wake us up, we couldnt shower and go out for breakfast as the water was off. The hotel sent an apology email, no other reco.pense was offered.

Everything was good until the morning. The firealarms kept going off around 10am. Then mid showering the water went off, so unable to both shower/ rinse suds off. Toilet stopped flushing, no water to clean our teeth. The temperature in the room was too high also, even though we had put it on to the coldest setting. Disappointed that it ended badly

citizenM may have created the perfect hotel for work trips--a perfect use of limited space, tech upgrades (e.g., mood lighting and music), iPad controls, a massive bed, and plenty of storage; excellent and plenty of shared work space, and a 24/7 bar. Added to all of this they're in great locations for restaurants, local sights, and walking.

What a unique stay! This was my first time staying in a Citizen M hotel and it was cool. The rooms were unique and cozy (perfect for sleeping off jet lag) - though really compact (which was perfect for us). the staff was wonderful.
