The room is a cramped box in a low budget hostel masquerading as a modern, chic hotel. They're getting by on vibes and advertising, and I won't be falling for it again. I was so irritated by the low quality stay, I actually left after the first night (booked for two) to book a stay at a nearby hotel.

Great stay near Borough Market!

It was our first time in London and this was a good hotel choice because of the cleanliness and amenities. Upon check in we were able to chose our floor height and room view. Close to Borough Market and London Bridge. Our room was cosy, with a very comfortable king sized bed. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of healthy choices and americanos/cappuccinos included. Although we weren’t in the heart of London, we found most of the sites we wanted to visit were walkable.

Great location, Easy to get around London from the hotel. Friendly and fun decor. Super clean everywhere. Bed was so comfortable. Nice having auto shades and blinds.

Unique modern hotel in a great location. The latest integrated tech system for checking in and out, as well as all the room controls are nice, however, there were a couple of glitches especially with the climate control. Would be good to have a backup on some so you’re not relying on the iPad solely.

The room was ridiculously small. There was absolutely no space on two sides of the bed. One person had to climb all the way over to the other side to get in bed first or they would have to climb over the person who was already in bed.

Hotel is near bus transit and a short walk to the tube as well. Very nice and quiet area. The hotel itself was nice. The staff were very helpful as well and it was convenient to have a bar/restaurant downstairs that was open late. My only complaints were the temperature in the room was rather warm (regardless of how low you set the thermostat). Also the one lift in operation was a bit of an inconvenience, but not too terrible. I’d also say that the room was clean, but could definitely use a deep clean for sure. Overall, I would stay here again.

There were problems at the hotel that impacted our stay. One elevator out of two was inoperable. The air conditioning in the entire hotel was not working on the first night of our stay. Our window blind did not reach the bottom of the window. We had an internal room overlooked by several other rooms so the only way to achieve privacy was to use the blackout blind. We were assigned an accessible room which we did not want but the were no alternative rooms available. I read previous reviews about the bed and how one side is up against the outside wall. To get out of bed one has to basically crawl over one’s partner and try not to fall off. Much more inconvenient than I had imagined. The staff were courteous and the common areas by reception were contemporary and enjoyable. Our room was very clean. Based on our two night stay we would not recommend this hotel but I think that timing was an issue that contributed to the problems we experienced.
