"The only problems are #1 , the a/c on the rooms are not adequate, I had to purchase a fan to make it bearable #2, the elevators, even though there are 4, many times one was out of service or there were so many guests that you wait for more than 10 minutes and still can't get on one, in 19 days I had to take the stairs to the tenth floor 5 times in sweltering heat, when you do get on one it stops on almost every floor and they are very hot inside.
