Staff, cleanliness and location are what makes this a great place to stay. The only thing missing was a gym when I first arrived it had two old barely functioning treadmills and a half rack of dumbbells, after a few days it was completely closed so hopefully they are making some improvements.

Staff and security were very friendly, great job. The room have an excellent view but needs a lot repairs. shower head is old and rusty and needs some work in the walks.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel design is pleasing but rooms need updating to current designs. The hotel has recently replaced all of the elevators which a positive but hopefully room updates are also coming with the new corporate owners( formerly an IHG property). The only other negative was the contracted security staff by the elevators. The security guard gave us a difficult time after we returned from shopping for gifts. He said that the wrapped gift baskets of candy(6) were food items and that no food items or drinks were allowed to be brought to the guest rooms. Where are you to store these gifts? Also later that evening a group of four men with a large pizza box were walking ahead of us and the security guard let them bring it in. This does not seem fair and does not create happy guests.

Weekend Trip

Pros: Price, location, service
Cons: For me all was ok.
Location: Close to shopping mall, pharmacies, restaurantes
Hotel is very well located and the service at the pool is very good. For the money one of the best bargains. I have stayed there about 12 times of my 15 or 16 trips. My god-daughter had an accident and lost her toenail unrelated to the hotel and the doctor was on site to give treatment.

Acapulco / Amazing

Pros: The view was amazing, I had partial view of beach but it was amazing
Cons: A little softer bed
Location: Location good, can get around to all the nearby stores and malls. You can jump on a bus for8 pesos and it takes you to Zocalo, the boat area
The hotel is beautiful, check in time 3 pm. that was a drag but they allow you to use the facilities in hotel till then . Bed was hard otherwise the hotel is awesome.

Nice Hotel on the beach.

Pros: location
Cons: more waters in the rooms they only put one, when you have party of 4 its kind of bad.
Location: stores, restaurants, and markets.
I have have two teenage sons, the hotel does water games for all the families they played volleyball, basketball and dancing which is pretty cool they do it everyday until six pm they had a lot fun. I had alot fun too I meet people there as well, the security is pretty good only guest are allowed in the hotel. the staff is friendle and nice they speak English, if not they will call someone who does, the beach is awesome I've notice there is a lifeguard on duty which makes me feel much better they tell you if is ok to go in the water or not because of the waves everybody was nice and attend, you go outside the hotel and you have restaurants open almost all night, and there is a market right by it we have breakfast and lunch and it was good nobody got sick hahaha, I am definatlly coming back oh and the price, you can not say no to that! I ask my sons overall did you like the hotel they give it a 9 I give it a 10.
