The staff is the worst. They seem to be mad and have an attitude. Very unprofessional and un-trust worthy. The air conditioner had issues from the moment we entered the room. The towels and pillow cases were dirty. The room doesn't have a fridge or coffee pot like most hotels do. We had a young man drunk or on drugs kicking our door and shouting for us to open the door. Our trip should have been a vacation of relaxation but didn't fully feel that way. One of the worst experiences. I don't recommend it and will never stay there ever again.

This is tied with Holiday Inn Express as the best hotel in Acapulco. The air conditioning is magnificent, the staff is helpful, and the place is clean. I usually stay here as opposed to the Holiday Inn Express because the Hottson is closer to the places I often go in Acapulco.

Staff, cleanliness and location are what makes this a great place to stay. The only thing missing was a gym when I first arrived it had two old barely functioning treadmills and a half rack of dumbbells, after a few days it was completely closed so hopefully they are making some improvements.

Staff and security were very friendly, great job. The room have an excellent view but needs a lot repairs. shower head is old and rusty and needs some work in the walks.
