Wonderful views and service

My wife and I spent wonderful days at Las Brisas. The combination of privacy, amenities in the hotel, the staff, the restaurant Bella Vista with excellent food, the views, service and the location made this place excellent. We took the historic tour in Acapulco and the guide and tour was superb. Thank you to the staff of the hotel Las Brisas for making it a memorable vacation.

Highly recommended!

Pros: The staff were amazing!
Cons: Wi-Fi is very expensive.
Location: The location has an amazing view, but very far from shops and restaurants.
Amazing Hotel!!! Me and my husband just went to Acapulco, my husband was born in a small town in Guerrero about 45 minutes from hotel. The hotel is great, the employees are awesome! They go over and beyond to please you. Rooms are very clean and adorable. We had a private small pool just for us, which was amazing! The only down side is, shops and restaurants are not very close. We took taxis all through our visit there, it can get very pricey! It was hot and humid, but rooms have AC which helped a lot. They have a private beach called La Concha, I loved it. They have to salt water pools, with fishes and crabs in there. We snorkeled and they have a great variety of drinks! The hotel has spa, gym, restaurant and a business center. The only reason i am giving 4 starts is because, they charge $15 dollars per day for Wi-Fi and they automatically charge $20 dollars per day for services even if you don't request anything. Other than that I loved it, and highly recommend it!

Great Romantic Getaway!

Pros: Quiet, private pools, good onsite restaurants, 24 hour room service
Cons: No free Internet, limited spa
My fiancee and I stayed here June 14-18th. Overall our stay was very pleasant. The privacy of our room 442 was excellent considering we did not upgrade to the suties on the 5th level. The magic box as mentioned is a fabulous concept but there could have been more variety in the breakfast snacks. We had the same muffin/pastry/fruit combination every day. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The only negatives I can mention are 1) you have to use the hotel jeep transportation to get most anywhere on the resort (forutnately they were very quick to respond), 2) you need taxis to travel anywhere off the resort which can be pricey. We used 2 taxi/tour drivers on our stay. The second one named Cesar (nickname Pollo/Chicken) was very reasonable and his english is excellent. He was also quite helpful in suggesting local food options that were safe and an excellent value. And he quotes prices in pesos which I feel is a better value for tourists overall. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers!

The hotel is a pink paradise!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
My experience at Las Brisas was amazing, I felt like a star from the moment I entered the lobby and was offered a really tasty pink lemonade margarita. We were driven to our room via pink golf cart up a tropical mountain with lush trees and flowers to our own private romantic room. The room was breathtaking with heart shaped hibiscus on the bed and a welcome sign made out of fresh hibiscus on the table. We had an amazing view of the bay and Acapulco from the balcony in our room and right beneath was our own private pool with different colored hibiscus floating on top. Every morning we were served fresh coffee, tropical fruits and fresh bread through a secret compartment box so we were never disturbued and had breakfast when we wanted at the table on our balcony each morning. The hotel has the best margaritas...so many different fresh tropical flavors to choose from while you sun bathe by the pool or get a lift to the private beach or watch the sunset and the hotel's sunset bar even further up the mountain and enjoy breathtaking views of Acapulco. Don't miss the restaurant, it is so romantic, the service is oustanding, the food is great and the view is like no other. When you get back to your room at night, you will find Godiva chocolates at your bed side and slippers too! The perfect paradise awaits you at Las Brisas!

Las Brisas is a life experience - be sure to ask for the city view

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet, hospitality from the first moment, unbelievable room service, incredible attention to detail
Las Brisas is unique. I would give the hotel 6 out of 5 stars. Flowers in the pool, outside drinks looking at the sunset, private margaritas looking at the city, breakfast left in its tiny mailbox -- completely out of this world. My ONE criticism is that they could have SLIGHTLY better coffee! Nothing could be added except a moment in the lovely zocalo of Acapulco town.
