Room- seems a bit outdated. Sign of water leakage on ceiling near AC vent. Hallway and room has scratches. Room wasn’t soundproof so noise in the hallway and on street was extremely loud if staying in the EWA Tower

The view was almost the same as the picture. The air conditioning was not cold enough at the max. The parking was insane, when the lot is full there is a line of cars just waiting for the hotel attendant. Therefore, I went to the desk informing them that I am checking in and the guy told me to go back and wait in the car. I told him to lend me a cart for me to bring the luggage for the check in as I will be heading out and come back later. What kind of service is that?
