Hotel is beautiful. Staff helpful and friendly. However, there is not enough self parking available so you are forced to pay $70 a day for valet parking. Also, the hotel is actoos the street from the beach. Therefore, the hotel provides you with beach chairs and towels and you need to carry them across the street trying to find a spot on an overcrowded beach. We had to walk about 3 blocks to find a place to seat. No public bathrooms around. It was awful! Paying so much to stay in this hotel to carry your beach chairs trying to find a spot, it’s absolutely not worth it. I do regret staying here.

This property was perfect for us! We had an oceanfront room with a partial Diamond Head view. Found a great local one cream shop called Mosa, about 1/2 mile walk. Best coconut ice cream I have ever had.

First time visit to Oahu, hotel located on Waikiki, nice pool and bar. Hotel needs updating. Bed was comfortable, room was adequate. Huge property.

The property was located right in the middle of town, all things happening around the hotel. There is not a list of amenities available to guests via QR code or listed. We only found out chairs and boogie boards were available to sign out on one of the last days.
