The staff was incredible!! The room was spotless!! Fantastic partial view of ocean. Great breakfast buffet and two free drinks each at night with snacks. The bellmen are the best! Keoni,D, Justin, Dean,G,Gianna,Eric,Rod, And Kenny. The guy working the buffet breakfast was Cary great employee and very kind. Cindy at the front desk is the best! And our housekeeper Demihan C. Was so hardworking and nice she should get a raise. Benny at the front desk is also great!! Stay at this hotel in Hawaii!!!!! Great value and very clean!

Stayed in a two bedroom suite which was fantastic. Perfect size for a family with teens with lots of space. The 2nd bedroom had 2 queen beds so they each had their own. Fantastic location. We did not have a car and everything was within walking distance. Would highly recommend Embassy suites.

Friendly staff. Lorenzo was very friendly and gave us pointers on our stay on where and what to do and to help us on our journey navigating the island and respecting the local people. We would give him a 5 star rating. We will be back when we travel back to the island.

Disliked: Cleanliness

Dumping of your trash is horrible. The stairwells had trash bags and room service dishes from people with food that stunk and the trash can was filled with trash in between the elevators was filled for days and stunk up the hallway. Not enough receptacles and staff just left trash. I guess since they are eco- friendly this means exactly that. No one to maintain trash either.

Great place to stay in Waikiki. Morning breakfast was fantastic. Evening happy hour by the pool was a stand out! Every staff member was friendly and welcoming.
