We showed up at the hotel and didn’t stay there. The amount of homeless camps in the area was insane. Trash everywhere. Not safe for any family to stay. If you want to get something to eat, you would need to drive into the city. The town itself was not walking distance nor was there anywhere to eat in the area. Unless you want to be confined to your room the entire time, that would be the only reason to stay here.

Small but affordable rooms

The hotel room was very small. The air conditioning was weak, and I had to keep a bucket of ice in the refrigerator to keep my food cold. They did have a microwave in the room which was a plus.

This property is very conveniently located near the conference center and a 20 min walk from Waikiki. The rooms are small, outdated and old but the hotel facilities are in good condition. The extra breakfast option was good

Hotel is right in town, close to the malls and restaurants. Best hotel for people who wish to do some shopping while in Honolulu. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful, they allow us to check out an hour later since our flight was delayed. Highly recommend!!!

Located next to a shopping center makes this hotel unique. The convenience afforded to food and shopping experiences is a plus. The area is safe to walk to a nearby beach. And the proximity to Waikiki makes it a wonderful tourist destination.

Smelled of paint, but was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was not friendly. I tried to ask someone for recommendations as they were talking with their coworker, and it seemed like i was inconveniencing them. They immediately went back to talking to their coworker when asked if i was done. Staff in cafe was excellent, same with stores. Bell staff and valet were also not the friendliest. Good location, easy walk to mall, pool was nice and deep.

Moderate Room, High End Pricing

The hotel was adequate. We paid top dollar for a mediocre room. The lobby was nice, but the room was on the small side, while the price was on the large side. While technically discounted, the guest parking was also very expensive ($39 per day) and came as a surprise when we arrived at the hotel. If I visit Hawaii again, I will look around more.
