They decorated her chair with beautiful gold and black balloons and surprised her with a full birthday cake. What touched me even more was their kindness when she wasn’t feeling well one day—someone from the resort personally took her to the pharmacy to make sure she was okay. That level of care meant the world to me. Franklyn D. Resort may not advertise itself as a five-star luxury hotel, but the treatment and hospitality they provide is absolutely five-star.
