Book a hotel near Fern Gully, Saint Ann

"This hotel stay was fabulous. The staff were super friendly and joyful in their approach. This was a contrast to other hotels ive been to. The hotel itself was top. Definitely a step up to the Rui in Ochi, but not ar Sandals level. We ate at the 4 a la cartes and they were all great. Our fave was the Asian. Great shows and bars. There is too much good stuff I can say. A special shout out to Faith on check-in, she was an absolute star and role model."

"The room was very small. They promised a double bed, it was.more like a single bed. There was no kittle in the room. The room was too small for 2 adult guests."

"No hot water the entire time we stayed (3 days) and at one point, no water at all for 5 hours. Dirty walls, appliances, furniture. Ants all over the bathroom. Dryer did not work, so we had damp linens. The housekeeper stayed 4 hours after check in when we just wanted to relax. No key or instructions left for use of the fitness center. "
