"Convenient to both Great America and Gurnee Mills Mall. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The hallways actually smelled clean. I don't think I've ever been able to say that about any other hotel hallways. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool temperature was perfect and not too cold like most hotels. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. We spent a little more this year because last year's hotel was a complete dump and it was well worth it. We'll be staying here again next year. Thank you to the staff and management!"
