This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen bed and a set of queen size bunk beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

The property is outdated. It could use some upgrades. The condos are noisy due to the rushing stream.

Clean. Needs updating No tv in one bedroom and only a very small one in the other. No overhead lights in the bedrooms. Needs some type of emergency lighting since power outages must be common in Gatlinburg. Under the stairwell in the parking lot was filthy. Looked like it had not been cleaned in months.

Nice condo with a great view and convenient location.

The condo very closely matches the pictures and has a great view off the balcony. You can leave your car parked in the lot and it's a brief walk to the strip.

The property was very nice. It is close to town, very private, but one thing...it does need to be updated! We would definitely rent this property again.

Easy to get to Smoky Mountains. Away from congestion of downtown but easy walk to everything. Unit was clean. Could use better lighting and bedding. Master bathroom could use an update. Nice back view of creek.
