I did ask for a room with no balcony because I am afraid of bugs.. but they put us in a room with a balcony I decided to just see how it was. First my key wouldn’t work because the door was uncharged that was fixed fast .. but as soon as got into the room there was a stink bug on the bed, floor and one crawling on the wall.. a beetle bug under be covers also. At that point I asked for a different room which they did give me with no balcony and there was no bugs and it was very clean. Other than that the hotel is great. Prob one of the best in the area.. the outside area and breakfast area was very nice.
