What a view!

The Mirror Lake Lodge has a beautiful view sitting atop a mountain. Easy to get to, and very relaxing place to stay. The kids loved the video game, and the adults loved the prevalence of coffee everywhere! Great communication with Tommy about a small situation but it was fixed immediately.

Clean & quiet

Nice, well-maintained home nestled in the woods. Owner is excellent with communication and answered any questions immediately. We found a lot to do just at the cabin but it is also located in a great area with access to town. The fishing experience is a bit tricky as the shore is steep and rocky - especially for children. We spent a day fishing and caught mostly the bottom of the lake but also one small smallmouth bass. It was a beautiful setting and certainly relaxing. Thanks again to such great hosts!

A Great Place

We had a small family group with a couple of teens stay for a couple of nice in the early Spring. We really enjoyed the cabin and everything it offered. Lake view and breeze were amazing. Our youngest teen took the kayak out to fish both days (5 fish on the first day, 0 the second). We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We especially appreciated all the small things from the owner such as kayak, fishing gear, board games, corn hole, Keurig and regular coffee pot and comfy bedding and towels. Extra points for videos instructions for the gas fireplace and hot tub. A couple of notes on the place on mobility. The cabin is on the side of a steep hill. Great view, but the driveway is very steep, but you do get used to it after the first time. Also the lake walls are very steep as well. It takes at least two people to get a kayak in or out of the water, but worth it.

Great Stay!

Our family had a great time! It snowed while we were there so the lake was beautiful! Not a hard drive up the mountain at all. The location was extremely close to everything! Lots of restaurants and shops very close to the house! We would love to book it again in the future!

Mirror Lake Cabin Review

The stay was awesome! The cabin has it all! We fished a day on the lake and caught tons of Bream! Our daughter spent the day in the canoe on the water fishing! The lake/property is just beautiful! The views are fantastic! Grab some groceries and just stay put or take the short drive to the strip of Gatlingburg or pigeon forge! Very convenient location!

We did not like that the blinds in all the bedrooms were out for cleaning. We were not told that they would be missing and nothing was offered to us for the inconvenience. The property was nice and the location is amazing.

Nice little place to stay and take a break from all the adventures

We had a nice time kayaking in the lake and fishing- they have life jackets and poles! We weren’t at the cabin a whole lot so it was perfect for the short time to cook, relax, enjoy the view of the lake and relax!

Exceeded our Expectations

We could not have picked a better place to stay Tom the host answered every question we had throughout entire process and sent various messages asking if everything was to our satisfaction… The home is amazing and had everything for us to enjoy that included awesome private lake that our 7 year old granddaughter caught her 1st fish that was memory in itself… They even included firewood that we enjoyed roasted hot dogs and s’mores😊.. The home was spotless and roomy for everyone to have their own space.. Thank you Tom for allowing us to enjoy your home during our first time to Gatlinburg… We are already planning trip back….

RELAXING WEEKEND

The cabin and location were awesome. The check in process is great, especially because we drove there and arrived later. My only complaint was that the place was not clean at all. There was layers of dust on the tv, furniture, microwave, refrigeration, etc in bedrooms. Thick layer of dust and dust balls hanging from ceiling fans and the ceiling. Cob webs in the rooms. Dishes in the dishwasher…I think it was ran but the dishes were not clean. Dirty dishes in the cupboards. The basement bathroom toilet and shower were dirty as well as the shower upstairs. Definitely needed a good cleaning. Otherwise, a wonderful place, good location…very peaceful. We had a good time.

The cabin looked exactly like the pictures. Very easy check loved the facts only had to put in a code which was very easy. Love the facts there was fire wood there for u and 3 fishing rods which was so fun to fish. The cabin was perfect 10/10 experience

We had a great time. The house was absolutely beautiful. Loved the view of the lake. Plenty of space and things to do if you stay at the house and don’t go anywhere. Very close to Gatlinburg. Used the Trolley stop one day which is real close and super easy and free. Tom was a great communicator and appreciated all the hospitality. Would definitely say again.

Beautiful property, ideal location between gatlinburg/pigeon forge great communication with owner!

We had a great extended stay at this beautiful retreat! It was plenty of space for everyone and multiple entertainment opportunities at the cabin! The rooms were cozy and well equiped! We really enjoyed the porch swing, grille and hot tub. The lake is a beautiful view as well! We had one minor issue that was adressed and resolved immediately. The owner was quick to respond to with my concern and easy to communicate with! I would encourage anyone interested to enjoy a stay at this beautiful, well equiped cabin!

Amazing & Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was amazing, the decor was top notch. They had it decorated for Christmas which we loved. We were lucky enough that there was snow so it was really perfect. The living room with the fire place was so comfortable and relaxing after a day of fun. The view of the lake is incredible and scenic.Our family had an awesome trip and would definitely stay there again. The cabin has everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of coffee. We love how the main bedrooms had mini fridges and keurigs. The entire atmosphere was relaxing and fun. We enjoyed playing corn hole on the wrap around porch with the kids. The cabin is perfect for families or couples. We wish we could have stayed longer. The drive to Gatlinburg is only like 9 minutes which is super convenient. It was ther perfect moutain getaway! From the top to bottom floors the decor is phenomenal. We loved the porch swing bed and it was so peaceful. We would highly recommend choosing this cabin for an outstanding vacation. We enjoyed every moment. Thank you so much for a lovely stay in your incredible cabin!!!!!
