Stayed for a weekend. The room was clean and quiet. A bit odd that there is a kitchenette with dishwasher yet no dishwashing detergent, dishcloth or dishwasher detergent is provided. I would stay here again.

Room was clean. Bed and Pillows were very comfortable. Staff was excellent ! I was just in the city for an appointment in the area. Had no time to shop etc... maybe next time I can dine at the hotel restaurant and try the spa !

Sheraton Fallsview Hotel
Room was clean! Eva was amazing! It was my sons 13th birthday and she had a piece of cake ordered to the room… it made his day!! And ours too… honestly its the little things sometimes. We always book the sheraton when staying in Niagara. Love the convenience of everything…thank you!
