Had to leave before 7 so didn’t get to try breakfast. The ice machine on the 3 rd floor was out of order which was an inconvenience. overall it was ok. for the price I had to pay for one night I expected more. It appeared the rates were really inflated for the night I stayed.

We had a fantastic time at this property, with awesome views of the lake and comfortable driving distance to everything we had planned. There aren't many true lakefront properties available during the off-season, so this was perfect! The renovations to the property were also a plus.

We were originally put in a disabled and hearing impaired room, but upon request were moved to a better room. The hotel is not updated at all, carpet was dull and dirty, as well as elevators.

I had to check into 3 different rooms and none of them were habitable. The 1st one had a broken toilet, the 2nd one was being painted, the 3rd one had bedbugs. I had to leave the hotel and book elsewhere. The front desk would not give a refund.

The lobby bathroom is terrible. Faucets didn't work. Bathroom venting didn't work and stunk up the whole lobby. A health inspector would shut that down.
