The room is exactly what I need. Its clean and quiet. The room darkening curtains are very helpful. My stay is extended because of work. The staff at the hotel are courteous and friendly. They are top notch! I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Clean safe and very reasonable

The room was very clean. I felt safe there and the lady at the check in was helpful and very friendly. It was an excellent value for the reasonable price.

The staff was pleasant, the room was fairly clean, and though the food was very limited it was a good layout for the small space ( no fruit but bagels, cereal and oatmeal option.) However, the heater was not on at all when we arrived and the room was freezing. Then the compressor ground every time the heat came with a terrible sound reminiscent of a car grinding through its wheel bearings. It woke everyone up several times and as our goal was sleep, that was a little aggravating. The beds where not the same, which I suppose it find but was a little odd that one bed was taller than the other, symmetry was not achieved but was probably not necessary. However, the bed my husband I attempted to sleep on seemed to have given up on one side and be, for lack of a better term, caved in on the outside edge of one side of the bed, causing the occupant to have a tendency, if they came near to the edge, to begin to be rolled out of the bed while asleep. This is rather startling when you are asleep So the the sleep quality was terrible but... but it was fairly clean and the price was very low.

pleasantly surprised

So impressed. Didn't really know what to expect... was in town for a volleyball tournament, and everything else was crazy expensive. Americas Best Value Inn Austinburg was affordable. I was so pleasantly surprised. Clean and nice-sized. The staff was helpful and so nice!!! Would absolutely recommend!!

Everything was as expected for what I paid. I got a small burn on my finger from the hairdryer where the backing that protected the fan was missing, but it wasn't the end of the world.
