I had asked for a handicapped room and it was supposedly that , but it had nothing a handicapped person would need, toilet was very low , nothing to hold on too when getting up from the toilet no handles in the shower no shower seat ..."

"Room was clean enough, except the carpet had a peculiar smell. Staff simple were not friendly. I can understand lack of trust with management but do not take those frustrations out on the customer. I did not create the situation. Breakfast some good some bad featured food. I do not use hot tubs."
