Affordable stay for our mini vacation to Sioux Falls. Good location, close to mall & shopping & eating. Nice parking lot. Room was clean except for a condom we found near the bed. Breakfast was ok - wished they would switch the cereals or replenish items that were taken early.

Just not great .. hammock bed.. loud

The hotel was clean.. i got this hotel because it had a hot tub but didnt get to use because the pool area was full of bratty teenagers and screaming kids.. nothing relaxing about that.. the bed in our room was awful one of the worst beds ive ever been on.. it was so wore out dished and lumpy it looked like a hammock so we didnt get any sleep either .. the white curtains had mystery brown stains on them and the road noise was so loud in the room you could hear every car go by on the interstate ..the breakfast had the bare minimum no donuts danishes or muffins just dried out bagels and no flavored creamer for coffee..

Staff was bothered and rude at check in took forever for someone to come to desk to wait on me and they were looking past me never at me the whole time. Teenagers running up and down the hall knocking on peoples doors all evening long until past 11pm. Shampoo container was empty in shower. TV broke in middle of the night. Our keys worked about half the time between the two of us and neither of our keys worked on room the ice machine was in on our floor. When I went to check out staff was again bothered I was even there and had complaints. Service terrible. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
