I was not given a room overlooking the river - had to ask to be moved. Great location downtown next to river walk. Good restaurant with large variety of tap beer. Room was very quiet except for guy slamming door multiple times.

Front desk staff was not friendly and acted bothered when we went to purchase food items or beverages. The tv in our room did not work so thankful for our cell phones. The only positive was the room was clean. Elevator takes a long time to get from floor to floor.

The room was small, but adequate. Staff were nice and friendly. The city noice around the hotel was extremely distracting at night, and kept me from sleeping. I would say the hotel needs some additional insulation, Motorcycles, noisy cars and trains kept me awake at night. I have stayed across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn and didn’t notice any noise. I was also supposed to get bottled water and a coupon upon checking in, but didn’t, which was not a big deal. The location, bike path, and Landing were perks.

Good place, parking lot is a pain. Hot tub kinda iffy. Floor must’ve warped in our room as it was obnoxiously noisy, felt sorry for people below. Breakfast was very good. Hot food, great variety!!
