We were in town for Disney on Ice, and it was so fun seeing all the little princesses running around — including our own! We stay here any time we’re in Sioux Falls, and once again our stay was great. We didn’t opt for housekeeping this time, which was totally fine. We were able to go down and grab a couple of extra towels without any issue. My husband accidentally left his jacket at the pool, and thankfully we received a call from the front desk — at midnight, no less — letting us know they had found it along with some keys and a wallet. Even though it was late, they chose to call so we wouldn’t wake up worried, and we really appreciated that. Great job, folks! Breakfast was booming, and the team did an excellent job keeping things clean and well stocked — no easy task with such a crowd. Thank you for another great stay. We’ll be back again!

Welcome to Sioux Falls. This was our first experience in Sioux Falls. Check in great. The room was spacious. Only a couple of small issues that got resolved immediately. Had a great nights sleep!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel staff (especially Amanda) was super friendly and accommodating as our flight was changed and arrived hours earlier than originally planned. They allowed us to check-in early with zero hassle. The breakfast was top notch and was probably the BEST hotel breakfast we've ever had!

Breakfast variety was good, food was not very warm. Property is fairly well kept but showing its age a little bit. Lobby is inviting and welcoming. Staff were pleasant. Pool could use some quiet hours for adults. Room towels are wonderful. Pool towels are really small.
