I am very sorry that you looked a smoking room and that we had to honor the reservation as it was booked. Many people see the number and size of bed and miss the word smoking. If we are not full we will, sometimes be able move room our guests to a non smoking room, but when sold out that is often not a possibility. I hope next time you book with us you are able to get the room type you are looking for. Thank you for your patronage.

The beds and the pillows were the worst!! The staff were friendly enough but due to the bed situation we will never stay there again.

very clean

the bed was very comfortable, I generally toss and turn all night, but here I slept straight thru. the pillows were wonderful. the staff was very nice and the common area and the room were very clean. I have no complaints about this hotel

First time stay

This is a new hotel and was decorated nicely. The suite we stayed in was spacious and well organized. Staff was polite and friendly.

Great hotel, pleasant staff, under construction

Pros: Great staff, personable & helpful. Super breakfast, great location
Great hospitality by this hotel's staff. My room was newly refinished but had stains from drywall work/wallpaper paste on floors, walls, door handles. Great location, super breakfast, friendly staff. Would stay again...just be prepared for sights & sounds of ongoing construction/remodel at this time...

Great location that met our needs

Our room was exactly as advertised. My only complaint about our room would be that we wish the sofa bed had been queen sized instead of full sized since we had two kids sleeping on it. The hotel has renovations going on, but everything was tidy and orderly. The pool was very enjoyable. Breakfast was terrific. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
