Our suite heater stopped working and was blowing in ice cold. Our room during the night got down to 38' not even joking about that. Hotel staff gave us two space heaters since whe had a two bedroom suite. One heater did not work. They would not send someone to fix it or move us into another room. Many guest had this issue and had to leave their room door open to allow the heat in from the hallway! Never staying here again.
