The pictures look a lot nicer than the actual installations. There was no desk, table, or working area in the room. Refund policy non existent, was charged for 2 nights I did not stay for. The Holiday Inn a block away has better accommodations.

The street noise. Loud motorcycle and car noise late into the night was annoying and disruptive to say the least. I wouldn't stay there again due to this noise issue.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has an excellent location with a very polite staff. However, I would not stay there again. The reasons are: The bed is extremely soft and very uncomfortable. The pillows are way too high and also uncomfortable. The room is very small and has no closet. For us, staying just two nights, it was fine, but for a longer stay it would be terrible. What they provide are three hooks on the wall and a few hangers, but it is not functional. I’m not sure if the windows are soundproof. Even though we stayed on the highest floor, the noise from the train and cars throughout the night was very loud and made it impossible to sleep well.

Great location!

The hotel was located in a great part of town close to restaurants, shops and Falls Park, all walkable. Parking lot space is very limited so we walked instead of leaving the lot. Rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean. We had a nice view of the river. Front desk staff wasn’t exceptionally welcoming or friendly but overall a great place to stay.

We’ve stayed here twice and I absolutely love this hotel. The lobby, bar, and rooms are all gorgeous! Each time, we requested a high floor, and the front desk was so accommodating, putting us on the top floor with nice views. I also appreciate the thoughtful touches in the rooms like the cozy robes, bigger mini-fridges, and the lounge chairs at the foot of the bed were perfect for setting all our things. You really can’t beat the location. It’s within walking distance of almost everything downtown. Thank you for everything!
