First room smelled like smoke. We asked for a second room and phone in room did not work and neither did the tv. Went down to desk 4 different times to ask them for assitance and received none. Complained at checkout and was just told sorry.

Dear Sharyl, we apologize however due to covid restrictions housekeeping only gets done in stayovers upon request. As posted at the front desk.

the property was easy to find right off of interstate. the property was o.k. , noisy , room was dirty with lots of spots on floor, bathroom toilet was not secure, sink was falling off the wall, lots of spots on wall. lots of people in hall late at night, noisy and had someone keep knocking at our door looking for someone. would not stay at this hotel again.

We stay here several times a year. Now we will never come back. The manager was smoking outside the front doors so when you walked in you got smoke in your face. The breakfast had no fruit or yogurt. There was coffee grounds in the coffee both mornings we were there. There was a hole in the shower curtain. Our room and the hallway smelled of dirty feet. And when we tried to talk to someone to check out, even page them, they wouldn’t come and found out yet again the manager was smoking right outside the front doors so when we left we got smoke in our faces! Very poorly ran hotel. Will never stay here again!!
