Shower and tub was stained. Trash all around the property. Front desk clerk was rude . Lack of parking for a small pull behind dog trailer. Kept getting asked to move even though it was not hindering any other guest drive or parking. As soon as we walked in the front desk area had a bad smell.

The room smelled awful (very musty and damp). It was dirty and there were holes in the carpet, cracks in the walls. The gym was closed, there is no elevator or anything. For $150 I would have expected more

An easy, off the interstate hotel, great for stopping to get a few hours sleep while traveling. Has lots of dated and broken odds and ends. But the staff (both the night and early morning) are friendly and helpful and professional.

Immediately after checking in and arriving in our room, we found bed bugs underneath the mattress. We brought it to the attention of the employee at the front desk, and she kindly apologized and switched our rooms. It was a bit unsettling, however, when we were told that someone would "look into" this issue in the room but then we saw someone checking into the same room nearly an hour later. We did find several bugs in the new room, but it was not as alarming as they were not in the bed. Still, yikes. The staff was extremely kind, though. In particular, one of the housekeepers. The breakfast was quite cold, but not terrible.

The room smelled like musty smell as soon as you walked in. Noticed dripping like old smears on the wall. Not sure what it was. The dry wall was chipped off and some painting of it as well. The sink drain had a smell of sewer coming out of it. Overall, the room was comfortable. Just needs to be upgraded, badly.
