The facility was conveniently near the airport and near our family. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room felt neglected, though. Paint and part of the drywall around the toilet tank were peeling badly and bathroom baseboard had gaps near the door. Repairs to the bathroom walls and shower surround were poorly done and cracks around the walls and ceiling throughout the room. Our two queen beds were comfortable, but we really needed a third bed. The staff supplied a roll-a-way that was rusty and the mattress was ripped and sunk to the bottom support under it. The third person was more comfortable sleeping on the floor. Based on our room, the property does need some definite upgrades/renovations.

Check in was easy, lady at the desk was super nice. The room was cool upon arrival as it was set to 63 cool. Room was very staticy. Once i pulled the sheets back i seen hair on the bed so i got new sheets from front desk and put them on. We all slept great. Woke up early to swim, got into the pool room and it was FREEZING(62 degrees) and dark in there, we touched the water and that seemed to be colder than the pool room. No hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good, was bummed the juice machine was broke, they should offer other juices then. Check out was simple! You get what ya pay for here.

Courteous staff but not completely cleaned room. A pair of whomevers socks were under the sofa and the room left not vacuumed . Pool was cold and only two towels in a double queen room and not as advertised. Hire me and I’ll get your rooms to where they’re comfortable and welcoming !!

I was charged for my room, but did not get it as I was considering a no show for the first night stay. Even though I canceled the room for the Friday night stay on Tuesday before our trip. I was understanding that there was obviously a misunderstanding and my room was not canceled for the first night stay. But when I got to hotel on Saturday to check in I was told since I was a no show on Friday I no longer had a room, but yet my card was still charged for Saturday also, I should not be charged for a room I didn’t get and I was there, so if I am paying for the room i should of been able to check into to room for the night. Since they let someone else have my room, I shouldn’t be getting charged. I want my Saturday night fee refund, i should also get Friday, but somehow my cancellation request didn’t go through.
