Rooms definitely need to be updated. For one of the pricier hotels we stay at in Sioux Falls it sure isn’t worth what we paid. Thermostat didn’t work-it was boiling in our room with no way to turn on the ac, and lowest we could turn it was 65 and it still blew hot air out the whole time. We ended up just turning off the whole system and it cooled down a little. The tub is stained and flaking apart and there was no extra toilet paper. The tv connection kept cutting out. The only good thing about our stay was the location being convenient.

Room was good and staff at check in was nice. Why it was an okay stay was the noise level from the bar later at night. Also, the fire alarm went off and we were told after so many exited the building that the staff knew what it was and we didn’t need to exit. That could have been communicated.

Room was clean and inviting. The support bars in the bathroom were very helpful as I am handicapped so it worked out great. Having a laundromat on the 5th floor was very convenient even though we didn't use it. The gentleman checking us in and out was nice, professional, and funny, would definitely stay there again.

Staff were inviting, experience was awesome. 4 stars due to: no trash bags in room, no 'do not disturb' sign and according to website hotel offered hot bub, but the hot tub was completely taken out.

We got the room with king size bed and sleeper sofa, which also had a nice leather chair -- so very spacious. Also had attractive decor and very clean bathroom. Staff at the front desk was very helpful in reserving us a shuttle to the airport. ONLY disappointment was that we thought maybe the lounge/bar area would have offered some specials or something, since it was New Years Eve.
