I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in early at no additional fee. unfortunately, they would not allow us to check out later than 12 PM which is still later than the average checkout time. Another plus was aroma of a five star hotel as you entered the building, I would stay again.

Absolutely 10 / 10! Had a King Spa with Tub room on the corner of the 14th floor. The floor to ceiling window views of the city were amazing. I even was able to soak in the tub while having that same view (lights off, of course!). The hotel is beautiful, staff amazing, delicious brunch, super comfy robe, high end finishes...I only wish I had had time to book a massage. Highly recommend!

The room with the riverfront view was amazing. Went to sleep to the city night lights and woke up to the sunrise. The big tub was great, shower water pressure was strong. The robes super soft. Everything was perfect. Location was great as well close to everything!
