Great hotel in a great location, right by the Father Time clock. Beautiful views of the river and walking distance to the Riverwalk, restaurants and shopping. Hotel is very eco-friendly. Staff were great too. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

L7 was super nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The desk staff and bellhops were always friendly. Antonio always greeted us at the door when we left and returned. We'll definitely stay there again when we are back in Chicago.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff was so welcoming and seemed genuinely pleased that we chose to stay at the property. The hotel is in an excellent location, with many options for dining and shopping just a short walk away. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious. There is free coffee in the lobby and an excellent restaurant affiliated with the hotel. We look forward to returning to this hotel next year.

Beautiful room and hotel. More thought could be put into making sure guests are not assigned rooms with connecting doors with strangers. Conversations can be heard clearly between doors and I heard one into 3:00 in the morning, hours after people were asked to leave the same room after a party. I do not think the hotel was at full capacity, so I believe we did not have to have a connecting room with anyone.

This was a great stay, however, we came from out of town, when we arrived we asked the front desk staff if we needed a reservation for the Restaurant for dinner, when we arrived we asked again, as we were leaving to explore the city, were told we did not. So when we came back, after a lot of walking, and by now very hungry we try to get a seat and was told they have no opening until after 9:00 PM.. On a Saturday night in Chi town, you won’t just be able to get a table anywhere, we did not wanted to drive anywhere neither. So that was a big inconvenience .

The staff is great. The rooms are spacious. Great amenities. The restaurant is very good. We had breakfast and the food was delicious. I intend stay here again. In walking distance of millienum park the river and Art institute. Quick ride to Willis Tower.
