Check in was delayed due to lack of clean rooms. We checked in around 4:00pm. However our friends were unable to get until their room until 530pm. We had plans to go to the Blackhawks game early and because of the late check in we did not get to enjoy our time as planned.

The day was good. The hotel is newer and very beautiful all very clean and neatly organized a little bit of a wall in getting in the room with it, not being ready. The staff worked very hard to do whatever they could to keep all rolling smoothly being New Year’s Day. My thoughts are almost all guest wanted late checkout, which snowballed and cause delays and new guest checking in on January 1. The staff was very kind, friendly and patient. You could tell they were all working very hard to take care of all the guests.

Super convenient location with a little area of a variety of eating options all within walking a few minutes across the parking lot. Made it super convenient so we didn’t have to venture back into the city. Everything is clean and up to date and we enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff were kind as well.

All staff members I encountered was friendly & helpful. Room was clean. The hotel was in an area with restaurants which is always a plus when staying somewhere your not too familiar with. Overall, I’d definitely stay there again.
