What I didn't like was the room; the mattress was old and very worn out. The bathroom smelled like urine—it seemed like they don't wash it with bleach or disinfectant. They really ought to be more careful about room cleanliness. Also, on Saturday I requested that my room be cleaned, but they didn't do it.
