Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. "Check in was great, they gave us free parking. Because their hot tub was closed (permanently). 4th level parking, elevators were right there, up 1 level to our room, that was right by the pool and breakfast. Bonus, 530pm was 3 free bar drinks and snacks. Drury really tries to give the customers a quality stay. Rooms were dated, but yet elegant like staying in a rich downtown hotel. Hotel was very clean. ST. Louis Streets were "Crappy", not to far of a walk to the Arch, we did it 2 times in 1 day. Felt safe with a young family, but it was winter and a Sunday. I'll stay again. "
