Location was perfect - super close and walkable to everything, but just in the cut enough to feel like it's in a quieter, quainter neighborhood. It was quiet, felt super safe, building had great charm, and again, location was superb. Room is simple and clean and just fine for day breaks and a wonderful night's sleep. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was what it was

The room had one EXTREMELY BRIGHT light, no dim lamp or anything for those of us with bright light issues. The TV remote had coroded batteries. Even with new batteries ( which got the remote working), the TV still wouldn't come on. I think it was more of an oversight and unintentional. There was very little personal contact with the staff, minus text messages. They were always nice, though, from what I could tell. You get what you pay for, though.

Convenient location

Central location, restaurants within 15-20 mins, comfortable and convenient. Price was unbeatable for that area. Paid parking onsite was a plus, though we did not have to use our car during our 2-day stay and walked everywhere.

This is an apartment building converted into a Hotel/ Airbnb. This is my 1st time staying in a hotel like this and it's very affordable and I prefer it since I don't need anything except a place to crash and a quick cup of coffee since I'm constantly on the run.

We loved the experience of staying in a brownstone while in Boston, and this location can't be beat! The staff was so friendly and helpful, which made it a pleasure to stay here. I will say, the couch was loaded with old stains, the towels are teeny tiny, and the kitchen could use a very good detailing. I'd stay here again if I was looking for a residential experience.
