A spacious 2-bedroom, 2 bath plus loft condominium in the popular Meadow House complex. Conveniently located a short distance from the Village at Sunriver and Sunriver Lodge.

This condo has all the upgrades and charm to make your Sunriver experience truly exceptional. The gourmet kitchen with slab granite counter-tops, stainless appliances and gas range grill make cooking a breeze. An adjacent dining area features seating for 6 and opens up to a beautiful sun room and great outdoor living space with patio seating. Head back inside to the living area, tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, a TV, gas stone fireplace, hardwood flooring, and board games - creating a great cozy feeling on a snow-filled winter night! Exit the living room to the back deck featuring a gas BBQ and outdoor seating for hosting summer meals. Down the hall is the laundry room, a full Jack and Jill bathroom attached to the King Ensuite bedroom, and a second King bedroom, each with a TV. On the upper level, you will find the loft-bedroom suite with a Queen bed and a private bathroom.

This unit has air conditioning! Enjoy that cool A/C air or head outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. No garage access with this home.
