"Simmi is a marvelous hospitable host. Amazing communication answered promptly when we had any. The home is well situated, adorably decorated and most of all as the best Lanai. So much seating. Beautiful view. We played games on the table outside. Enjoyed coffee in the morning. Dinner on Lanai. You can almost skip the whole rest of the house and just have the Lanai!! Kitchen is fully stuffed if you will need. We were here with a group of seven, and never once felt like we were crowded or bumping into anybody. Also on major highlight of this location is the 5-minute walk to the beach which has amazing snorkeling. We were snorkeling with sea turtles. Oh, and we saw whales off the Lanai. Big fluffy beach towels were available for our time there. Bathrooms were stocked well. "

"Beautiful home, we stayed here for about 2 weeks and loved it. The views are spectacular,on another level.Seemed like the sunset every evening was for only us to watch. Kids enjoyed the pool and slide. We had small issue with jacuzzi and pool heat, but was resolved quickly. Thanks for the great service, big call out to Devin/CBIV for his professionalism. We will be back ! "

"Our host was very good & answered my questions in a timely fashion. The accommodation was very comfortable & suitable for our family. The small, gated complex with pool & our own outdoor space was appreciated. We did enjoy that it was NOT in the very busiest part of town but convenient to access the small strip mall near us (within a short walk) & major roadways. "
